Continuing the theme we’ve already established of softening out of 2024 and into 2025, this practice invites you to open to the whispers of your intuition as a guide to what deeply matters to you and to set those intentions within your heart space to be tended and nourished so that the energy naturally overflows out and into the form and fabric of your life as it unfolds - this year and beyond. 📘 You might like to have your journal handy so you can write down what emerges and work with it in the coming days, weeks and months. I hope that you've enjoyed the tried and true practices I've shared with you this week and that they are supporting you in easing your way into 2025 (I've certainly enjoyed sharing them with you). This feels like a year to really tune in to what is emerging from within you and to practice moving through the world accordingly. The volume of the outside world will continue to increase but I think we’ve all learned that what is loudest is not always what is most deserving of our precious attention and energy. Practicing checking in with ourselves regularly and honestly and lovingly is the life skill that will propel us forward in a way that makes us more available to more of what we wish to experience in the world. As author James Redfield said, “Where attention goes, energy flows. Where intention goes, energy flows.”. It sounds profoundly simple but it is not easy for most of us without a dash of commitment, a sprinkling of practice and a healthy dose of guidance.
